This retreat will tap the power of an inclusive workplace bringing together women leaders who can learn from each other and inspire diversity of thought.

Participation is limited to 30 women for maximum opportunity to engage, learn, develop, and rejuvenate. Our group will include both emerging and seasoned women leaders to capitalize on the multi-generational learning and developmental opportunity.

Caroline Dowd-Higgins is an inspiring speaker, executive coach, author, and media host. Her book, “This Is Not The Career I Ordered” shows women how to recharge, reignite, and reinvent their careers to design your professional life so it doesn’t happen by default. Her podcast, Your Working Life has over a million listeners and her mantra is: Enjoy your career. Love your life!

Kris Taylor is the Founder of Evergreen Leadership. A speaker, author, trainer and coach, Kris develops leaders for the 21st century through a transformational process that builds skills needed for today’s complex, global, high velocity and fast changing environment. Her book, “The Leaders Guide To Turbulent Times” is a practical, easy to use guide to leading in today’s time.
